Opernhaus Bratislava/Pressburg - Ballet: Peter Pan

For all those who have not forgotten the art of being children, the creators of this family production invite you into a world of boundless imagination, guided by Peter Pan himself. Based on J. M. Barrie’s famous book, the adventures of the mischievous hero and his friends come vividly to life on stage. Peter Pan takes the Darling children and the audience on an exciting journey to Neverland, where they encounter Tinker Bell, the irritable Captain Hook, mermaids, pirates, Indians, and a large, menacing crocodile. This world of limitless fantasy is brought to life through Marián Lejava’s musical language, Roman Novitzky’s witty choreography, and Lucie Šedivá’s contemporary set design.

The production is suitable for audiences aged 5 and over.

Le théâtre national slovaque (slovaque : Slovenské národné divadlo) est l'une des principales institutions culturelles slovaques. Le théâtre a été fondé en 1920 peu après l'indépendance de la Tchécoslovaquie. Actuellement, le théâtre national slovaque se produit dans 2 bâtiments de Bratislava, l'un construit en 1886 l'autre en 2007. Le théâtre est la résidence de trois troupes professionnelles, théâtre, ballet et opéra.
